Brown Golf Management acquired its fifth Bluffton golf course recently, adding Rose Hill Golf Club to its portfolio.
The management firm signed a five-year lease to operate the course but the Rose Hill Plantation Property Owners Association will still own it. Brown Golf Management owns Island West, Pinecrest, Eagle’s Pointe and Crescent Pointe golf clubs in Bluffton and 22 other courses in six states.
