Starting Jan. 1, the University of South Carolina Beaufort will no longer allow the use of tobacco products or electronic cigarettes on either of its two local campuses.
The university came to the decision after surveying a number of students and faculty members. USCB’s parent university, the University of South Carolina, went smoke-free earlier this year.
