Ashley SmithCollins Group Realty welcomes Ashley Smith as its new marketing manager overseeing both Hilton Head and the mainland markets. Smith began her career in the field of real estate in 2003 and most recently served as marketing coordinator for national homebuilder D.R. Horton for the past three years.  She brings with her a broad skillset in both marketing and real estate, with an emphasis on digital and social media.

kcsmithWeichert, Realtors- Coastal Properties welcomes KC Smith to the agency's sales team. Smith relocated to the Hilton Head Island area from northern Virginia in November 2015. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and federal law enforcement. Smith enjoys getting involved in the community through local sports; festivals and activities; or volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and other local charities.

He moved to the U.S. in 1989 and worked in the metropolitan New York area as a golf professional for 20 years. Jones enjoys golf and fishing. He is an avid rugby fan and watches Leinster and Ireland every time they play.

Bob RoseCharter One Realty has announced that longtime real estate professional Bob Rose has joined the company as an agent. Rose will be working out of the Belfair office of Charter One Realty. Rose brings more than 45 years of valuable real estate experience to Charter One Realty, as well as strong knowledge of the Lowcountry real estate market. A native of New Jersey who received his real estate brokers license in 1968, he managed a real estate company for a number of years before owning and operating his own New Jersey-based real estate company, Prudential Rose Realtors, for more than 30 years. Prior to his real estate career, he served for two years in the U.S. Army.
