OLD FORT PUB

AMERICAN CUISINE WITH A SOUTHERN FLAIR

oldFort Pub

Whether dining indoors or outside on the patio, Old Fort Pub offers beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy your meal while watching a stunning sunset at one of the most romantic restaurants on the island - the only AAA Four Diamond Restaurant on Hilton Head Island (honored 11 times).

Named for Fort Mitchel, the Civil War battery that sits next door, and designed by renowned Hilton Head artist Frank Ballantine, the restaurant’s foyer is decorated with historic photos depicting the “War of Northern Aggression.”

Old Fort Pub, which has served American cuisine with a Southern flair since 1973, offers “new south” favorites with influences from around the globe. Featured on the Food Network and in the book, “100 Secrets of the Carolina Coast.” An eclectic dinner menu includes appetizer choices such as steamed mussels and little neck clams and entrees of Sea Island bouillabaisse, Scottish Loch salmon and wild sea bass. The she-crab soup is a beloved island tradition.

Overlooking Skull Creek in Hilton Head Plantation, Old Fort Pub is the ultimate spot for an anniversary, birthday or romantic first date.
